If you do not want your project featured, please tell us in writing before or shortly after the shoot and we will honor that request. Engagement, wedding, and personal-shoot images are only used in our portfolio with the subjects' permission.

6. Data Retention

We retain client information and project files for as long as needed to provide services, respond to follow-up requests, comply with legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. Final delivered photos and videos may be archived for an extended period for client re-download requests.

7. Your Choices & Rights

You may:

• Ask us what personal information we hold about you.
• Request that we correct or delete your personal information.
• Opt out of marketing messages at any time.
• Ask us to stop using your project in our portfolio (subject to materials already published).
