Packages start at $199 for homes up to 1,500 sq ft. Our most popular Signature package is $349 and includes drone photography. Cinematic packages with video start at $599. Custom quotes available for luxury and commercial listings.

How fast do I get my photos back?

Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours from shoot day. Same-day rush delivery is available when you need to hit MLS before a competing listing.

Are you licensed to fly drones for real estate?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Jay's Lens holds an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, which is legally required for any commercial drone work in the U.S. We also handle LAANC airspace authorization for restricted areas around Keesler AFB and Gulfport-Biloxi International.

Accepted Answer

We serve Biloxi, Gulfport, Ocean Springs, Pass Christian, Bay St. Louis, Long Beach, Diamondhead, D'Iberville, and the surrounding communities. No travel fees within the service area.

Do I need to be present during the photo shoot?

Accepted Answer

No. Most agents leave a lockbox code and we handle everything. We'll text you when we arrive and when we're done. Sellers are welcome to be on site if they prefer.

How should I prep the property?

Declutter every flat surface, turn on every light, open every blind, and tidy curb appeal. We have a full prep guide on our blog. The better the prep, the better the photos look.

Question 7

Do you offer twilight photography?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Twilight exteriors (the dusk shots with warm interior lights glowing) are one of the highest-impact upgrades and are included in the Signature and Cinematic packages.

Can you shoot video too?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cinematic walkthrough video, drone aerial video, and short social cuts are all available. Video is included in the Cinematic package or available as an add-on.

Do you photograph engagements, weddings, or families?

Accepted Answer

Yes. While real estate is our main focus, we offer engagement sessions, family sessions, and select weddings around the Coast. Reach out for availability.
